Hey There!


I’m Emily, and I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition. I work with individuals living with kidney disease and related kidney conditions.  I am passionate about making healthy eating easy to understand, delicious and nutritious. The world of nutrition is complex: I break it down so it’s easy to understand and maintain within your unique lifestyle to help you manage your kidney disease and provide you with support for your kidney nutrition.


I work with you to help manage your Chronic Kidney Disease and save your kidney function one on one nutrition services or through my group program The Kidney Connection.

About Emily

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition. I have years of experience working with individuals with a variety of kidney conditions to help them improve their eating and preserve their kidney function through my career in hospitals as well as my private practice Kidney Nutrition. I live in Toronto, ON and offer virtual services throughout Canada.
